i raved about this fic with my friends as soon as i finished reading it. i adore the thematic exploration of fame and detached wealth/excess here; it's not heavy handed prose-wise, it's all flowery and feather-light, just as grimes' dialogue is, as distant as jennie is after eating the edible. it's a bizarre premise for a fic, but that's the kinda fic i love.

In 2003, Soojung and Mijoo are two cast members of Korea's Mickey Mouse Club.

In 2019, Mijoo vomits into Soojung's compost bin.
